How to Start and Complete a Bublr Job.

You've accepted a job. Now it's time to deliver. This guide walks you through every step — from navigating to the customer's location, to uploading your photos, to tapping the final completion button and getting paid. Follow each step in order and you'll be set up for a 5-star result every time.

Phase 1 — Before the Wash

Open My Jobs and Start Your Job

Open My Jobs and Select Your Job

Before heading out, open the Bublr app and navigate to My Jobs to review your job details one final time — address, vehicle info, wash package, and timing.

  1. 1.From the Home screen, tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner.
  2. 2.Tap My Jobs from the side menu.
  3. 3.Find and tap the job you're about to start.

Tap 'Start Job' and the Eye Icon

Once you've selected your job, you'll see two controls to proceed — tap both in order to activate your job and view its complete details.

  • Tap the Start Job button to activate the job.
  • Tap the Eye icon to open the full Job in Progress screen with all details and controls.

Navigate to the Location

Inside the Job in Progress screen, tap the map icon to open your GPS navigation options. The app will offer Google Maps or Apple Maps to get you there.

  • Tap the map icon to see available GPS options.
  • Select Google Maps or Apple Maps to navigate directly from the app.
  • Or you can put the address in manually into other apps such as Waze, etc.
  • Follow the directions to the confirmed service address.
  • If you have any trouble finding the location, re-check the address in the app before contacting support.

Verify the Vehicle on Arrival

Before you begin any work, take a moment to confirm you have the correct vehicle. This protects you and the customer.

Vehicle Type Match the type shown in the app.
Make Confirm the manufacturer matches.
Color Visually confirm the color is a match.
License Plate Check the last 3 digits against the app.

⚠️ If anything does not match — do not begin the wash. Tap Report a Problem immediately. A wrong vehicle wash is not covered by Bubld and could result in account review.

Upload Before Photos

Before photos are required for every job. They protect you if a customer disputes any pre-existing damage. Do not skip this step — it is the most important protective action you take as a Bublr.

Exterior-Only Package — Special Instruction

If the wash package only covers EXTERIOR work, upload angled exterior shots that clearly capture any existing damage on the vehicle. This gives you the same legal protection as interior photos.

How to Upload Before Photos — Step by Step

1Scroll down in the Job in Progress screen to find the photo upload area.
2Tap the upload button to access the photo section.
3Take photos directly in the app or upload from your camera roll.
4Upload each photo into its corresponding folder.
5The Save button will highlight once all required photos are uploaded.
6Tap Save before proceeding to the wash.

Report Any Pre-Existing Issues

If there are any issues with the car, now is the time to "Report a Problem." Give as many details and pictures as possible.

When to Report a Problem

  • !Pre-existing damage not documented in the booking.
  • !Vehicle does not match the booking details.
  • !Vehicle is locked and interior service is requested.
  • !Customer is not present and access is unclear.
  • !Any situation you're not comfortable proceeding with.

Every report creates a support ticket. Check its status anytime in Menu → Support. For urgent issues, contact support@bubld.com.

Start the Wash

Once you have arrived at the destination…

⚠️ Check the Add-Ons Before You Start

  • Add-ons are marked with a red circle in the app.
  • Common add-ons: engine bay, undercarriage wash, carpet cleaning, pet hair removal, paint correction.
  • Missing an add-on is the most common reason for a negative customer rating.
  • Work to the highest standard on every job, regardless of the package size.
  • A faster wash is a more profitable wash — but never at the expense of quality.
  • Your rating is your reputation. A lower rating means fewer job offers over time.
  • Time yourself on each wash. Tracking your speed helps you improve.
  • You are your own boss. The discipline to do excellent work builds a successful Bublr business.

The Efficiency Principle

The faster you complete a high-quality wash, the faster you can move to the next job. More jobs per day = more earnings. Speed and quality are not opposites — great technique delivers both. With experience, you'll find your rhythm. Track your time from job to job and watch it improve.

Phase 3 — After the Wash

The wash is done. Before you drive away, complete these final steps — every one of them matters for your payment, your rating, and your protection.

Confirm All Add-Ons Are Complete

Before uploading after photos, go through the job details screen and confirm that every add-on the customer requested has been completed. Each add-on should have a checkmark showing it is done.

  • Open the job details screen and scroll through the service list.
  • Every add-on the customer booked must show a checkmark to confirm completion.
  • If an add-on was not completed for a legitimate reason, report it via Report a Problem.

Why Add-On Completion Matters

An incomplete add-on is the most common reason for a 1-star or 2-star rating. Always double-check the add-on list before uploading after photos.

Upload After Photos

After photos are as important as before photos. They prove the job was completed to the standard expected and protect you if any dispute arises.

⚠️ If no interior work was performed, upload angled pictures of the washed vehicle. as the after documentation. This is a required substitute — not optional.

Rate the Job

You'll be prompted to rate your experience completing this wash. This is your feedback to Bubld — separate from the customer's rating of you.

  • Tap "Rate this job" when prompted.
  • Select your rating for the wash experience.
  • Add any notes about vehicle condition or customer interaction.
  • Your feedback helps Bubld improve the platform for all Bublrs.

Tap 'Vehicle Wash Completed'

Once before photos, after photos, add-on confirmation, and your job rating are all complete — tap the Vehicle Wash Completed button. This is the final action that closes the job and processes your payment.

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear confirming the job has been successfully completed.
  • Your earnings for this job will be processed and added to your weekly payment cycle.
  • The job will be removed from your active jobs and moved to your work history.

You Are Done — Here Is What Happens Next

  • Your earnings are queued for your next weekly payment cycle via Stripe.
  • The customer will receive a notification that their wash is complete.
  • The customer may leave a rating and tip for your work.
  • You can view the completed job in your Work History via the Menu page.
  • Go back online whenever you're ready to accept your next job.

  • If no interior work: upload Bublr vehicle photos.
  • Rate the job when prompted.
  • Tap Vehicle Wash Completed.
  • Wait for the completion confirmation pop-up.
