Performance and Rating
- Just as you have the ability to rate customers, they also have the option to rate you.
- This page displays a summary of all the ratings you've received from customers.
- It's important to pay close attention to your rating.
- Customers who rate you highly are more likely to request you specifically for their future washes—resulting in more business and increased earnings for you.
- Additionally, consistently high ratings make you eligible for priority access to better and higher-paying jobs through the Bubld platform.
- Consistently receiving poor ratings and negative reviews may result in your account being monitored, and could ultimately lead to suspension from the platform.

Running Late? Let us know immediately!
What to Do If You're Running Late
Communicate Immediately
Use the app to notify the customer and Bubld Support as soon as possible. A quick heads-up shows professionalism and can help salvage the experience.
Provide an ETA
Let the customer know how late you expect to be (e.g., "Running 15 minutes behind—on my way now").
Document the Reason (if applicable)
If your delay is due to traffic, weather, or issues with a previous job, note it through the app for Support to review.
Consequences of Repeated Tardiness
We track punctuality. Repeated late arrivals without communication or valid reasons may result in:
- Lower priority when assigning jobs
- Temporary suspension from the platform
- Removal from the approved Bublr list

We understand that unexpected delays happen. That's why we take into account a number of factors: overall reliability and history, whether you notified the customer in advance, and how often the issue occurs.
