When reporting an issue: take photos before starting any work.

Take Photos Before Starting Any Work
Be sure to document any problems with clear photos before you begin. Check all that apply:
- Pet hair
- Biohazard (e.g., human waste)
- Excessive exterior dirt
- Excessive interior dirt
- Other (please specify)
- Ripped interior seating
These photos serve as proof and are required to receive payment for any extra work.
Outside
- Cracked window/shield
- Excessive dirt
- Excessive damage
- Damaged headlight(s)
- Damaged rear light
- Damaged mirror
- Scratches
- Dents in body of the car

What is your issue?
Can't Find the Car?
Start by checking the pinned location on the map. Look carefully for the vehicle using the provided details (Make, Model, Color, and License Plate). Be sure to review any "Location Notes" the customer may have included.
If you still can't locate the car:
- 1Contact the customer through the app for help.
- 2If there's no response, contact our office and report the issue.
Please note: The total wait time is limited to 10 minutes.
Car Not as Described
Car is Damaged
Not Enough Space to Wash
If there isn't enough room to properly perform the wash:
- 1Contact the customer and request that they move the vehicle to a more accessible spot.
- 2While waiting, begin cleaning any accessible parts of the vehicle.
- 3If the customer does not move the car, complete the service to the best of your ability.
Be sure to take and upload photos showing the space limitations as documentation before moving on.
Car is Overly Dirty?
If the car is excessively dirty be sure to…
- Take necessary "before" pictures of all excessive dirt and grime located on car.
- Take necessary "after" photos of the same location, where the excessive dirt was found in the "before" photos.
- You also have the capability to make a ticket for "excessive outside OR inside dirt" before you complete the job 100%.
Child Seats
Bublrs must not touch, remove, or reposition child seats under any circumstances. No liquids or cleaning products are to be used on child seats. They may be vacuumed only if specifically requested by the customer. Otherwise, Bublrs should clean around the seat without disturbing it.
