What is your issue?

Can't Find the Car?

Start by checking the pinned location on the map. Look carefully for the vehicle using the provided details (Make, Model, Color, and License Plate). Be sure to review any "Location Notes" the customer may have included.

If you still can't locate the car:

  1. 1Contact the customer through the app for help.
  2. 2If there's no response, contact our office and report the issue.

Please note: The total wait time is limited to 10 minutes.

Car Not as Described

If the vehicle at the service location doesn't match the description in the app, take clear photos and document exactly what's different (e.g., wrong color, model, excessive dirt, visible damage, etc.).
Report the issue through the "Job in Progress" section of the app. Be sure to upload the photos to support your report. This helps protect you and ensures accurate communication between you, the customer, and Bubld Support.

Car is Damaged

If the car has visible damage, take and upload clear "Before Wash" photos to document it. Make sure to take up close photos as well.
Proceed with the wash as normal.
Once finished, upload "After Wash" photos to complete the job record.

Not Enough Space to Wash

If there isn't enough room to properly perform the wash:

  1. 1Contact the customer and request that they move the vehicle to a more accessible spot.
  2. 2While waiting, begin cleaning any accessible parts of the vehicle.
  3. 3If the customer does not move the car, complete the service to the best of your ability.

Be sure to take and upload photos showing the space limitations as documentation before moving on.
